Had a client report an issue with one of our vehicles. Need help fast. Could not fault these guys. Karen, Chris and Mary Ellen were always pleasant, responsive and very informative. I cannot recommend them highly enough for the service. First rate.
Even though they were booked out they found the time to fix my ute and get me back on the road south. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
These people honestly don't even deserve 1 star, they are completely dodgy and I will never recommend them to anyone. They misplaced my lock nut key, when I realised it was missing I got back in contact with them and they denied that they used it, even through they said that they had rotated my wheels. It took months and month for them to order new lock nuts and they didn't even bother to change them over. Today this problem has now creeped back up and I'm at tyre shop in Cairns and they can't even change my tyres over because I no longer have the key to my lock nuts. Thanks for NOTHING Gulf Parts.
Gulf parts and service has always given fantastic service and will go above and beyond what is needed. Well done will be back!! Highly recommend.
On our entire trip, Gulf Parts has the worst service of any place we have encountered. We have always found most people willing to help and go out of their way to assist travellers. Gulf Parts wouldn't even take the time to look into our car problem, let alone fix it. They said they are booked up for weeks and were clearly disinterested in helping. I guess they are booked up with mining work and don't care about customer service. They suggested we talk to the other mechanics in the area (RACQ and Rebel). I suggest you do the same....
